As a die-hard Saracens rugby fan and season ticket holder, I’m all about the game—until I accidentally stumble into the players themselves. When I met a few England internationals in Soho, my nerves took over, and I blurted out, “I couldn’t handle 20-stone men falling on me for 80 minutes!” Judging by their laughter, they agreed. I’ll stick to cheering from the stands.

With a proven track record advising on significant transactions, Toby has cultivated enduring relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices. His deep market knowledge and extensive network enable him to deliver bespoke solutions that consistently maximise value for clients.
As Director, Toby leads the Capital Markets team in driving growth and innovation, positioning Ereira Mendoza at the forefront of the property investment sector.
Toby is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, participating in various sports, and exploring London’s vibrant culinary scene.
