As a commercial estate agency, we only collect limited personal data, which may include:

  • Property requirements or preferences, log in details, purchase history etc.
  • Transaction-related information (e.g. lease or purchase details)
  • Payment information including card details, bank account details etc.
  • Communication records (emails, calls, meeting notes)
  • Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system etc.
  • Data from third parties such as KYC providers

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and with explicit consent which invariably relates to KYC obligations.
