In my spare time, I can often be found on a football pitch somewhere in North West London. More specifically, I am normally positioned in the penalty area trying to get the final touch before the ball reaches the back of the net. I proudly scored 12 goals in the 2021/22 season and won the club’s Player of the Year award, which I am still very much clinging on to.

Joe is the Associate Director at Ereira Mendoza, he is a key player in Ereira Mendoza’s investment agency team, and provides expert advice to clients on acquisitions and disposals across all asset classes, specialising in the industrial and open storage sectors. His clients include a mix of institutional investors, private equity firms, property companies, and private investors. Joe collaborates closely with clients, offering expertise across a range of investment strategies, including core, core+, value-add, and opportunistic.
He would describe himself as a ‘deal junkie’, thriving on the adrenaline and excitement of working on live deals while continuously seeking out new opportunities.
Joe is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Race Across the World
One of my best kept secrets is that a big guilty pleasure of mine is this BBC TV show, which involves travellers in pairs racing to a target destination in the world without the use of flights and on a limited budget. I did a solo trip to Bali in 2024, so one day I might back myself to apply for this show if I can find someone to who wants to go with me!
